Features:

Cast iron pans are tough and durable. They are manufactured as one piece, so any wear and tear have minimal effect on the skillet.

Improves with Use
One of its greatest advantages is that a cast-iron pan is possibly the only piece of kitchen gear you can buy that noticeably improves after years of heavy use. As you cook in it, a cast-iron pan gradually develops a natural, slick patina, called seasoning, which releases food easily. A well-seasoned cast-iron skillet can become just as nonstick as an aluminum or stainless-steel pan and will definitely outlast them.

Virtually Indestructible
The durability of cast iron is legendary—many people are still cooking on cast-iron pans handed down through their families for generations. Cast iron is virtually indestructible and easily restored if mistreated.

Develop a Nonstick Coating
Cast iron’s ability to develop a nonstick coating also makes it incredibly versatile. Cast iron is loved by gourmet cooks who appreciate the particular benefits cast iron skillet offers for essential techniques like browning and searing.

Cast iron cookware needs to be seasoned before use. Seasoning with oil forms a nearly non-stick surface without the use of any synthetic substances like Teflon.

Adds Iron To Your Food
Possibly one of the greatest cast iron skillet health benefits is that it adds iron to your food. Many people suffer from iron deficiency, and cooking with cast iron pans can help increase your iron content.

Use In The Stove And Oven
They are dual-purpose. Not only can you use them on the stove, but you can also use them in the oven at any temperature.

Cook on high heat
This is one of the greatest advantages of cast iron pans. You can heat them up as high as you want without any fear. That makes them ideal for deep and shallow frying, searing meat, and quickly sautéing vegetables that leave a roasted layer on the outside.

♥ Heavy-duty cast iron skillet has dual loop handles which make it easy to use. The skillet can be used for frying, baking, searing, roasting, slow cooking, sauteing, or as a pot.

♥ Provides a generous cooking surface for indoor and outdoor cooking. Use the cast iron cookware on gas, electric, glass, induction, wood-burning ovens, and cooking on campfires, fire pits, barbeques, dutch ovens, and hot coals.

♥ Seasoning instructions are provided with the cast iron skillet to enable you to season your skillet frequently. Cast iron bakeware becomes naturally non-stick when properly seasoned. Unlike other materials, seasoned cast iron eliminates the need for using oil or butter on the cooking surface, making your foods lower in fat.

♥ Cast iron remains hot even when taken off the heat source enabling even heating and heat retention. This is ideal to keep food hot while preparing other dishes or keeping food hot on the table. Cooking in cast iron, the cookware naturally releases a little iron into your meals supporting the daily requirements for the body’s needs. Easy to clean and season ready for use.

How to Clean:
Wash with hot water, Dry, Scott’s towel with cooking oil on that Scott towel, and wipe all over it.

How to Season a Pan:
1. Thoroughly wash your new pans in hot water.

2. Place the pan in your preheated oven for a few minutes before continuing to make sure that it is completely dry.

3. Coat the cookware with grease or oil. (Do this with the whole pan, not just the cooking surface, to reduce the possibility of external rust.)

4. Bake your pan in a 350 degrees oven for an hour.

5. Let the cookware cool, and wipe off any excess oil.

For best results, do this two or three times, though a skillet can be satisfactory after a single treatment.
