Homemaker calculates shipping fees based on parcel weight and dimensions provided, as well as the rates of different logistics partners.
Delivery time starts when the item has dispatched. If the item you're ordering is out of stock or unable to ship immediately, end-to-end delivery time may be extended. Not all shipping speeds are available for all items and all addresses.
If you want to return any items, you'll be able to produce us evidences that complied the reasons below:
- Did not receive part of the order (e.g. missing parts of product, missing products)
- Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size/model, different product)
- Received a product with physical damage (e.g. dents, and cracks)
- Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended)
1. Evey product from Homemaker is a brand-new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). The products have been carefully inspected before shipment.
2. Most of the home appliances are 220V-240V, please check the voltage of the item that you would like to buy. If you are in 110 Volt circumstance, you might need to use a voltage converter that supporting proper watt. We donāt accept the replacement or refund for this issue.
3. If product damage found, please notify us ASAP.
